1. NEET 2026 Admit Card

2. NEET 2026 Scorecard/Rank Letter

Shows your NEET score, percentile, and AIR. It is required at every stage of the counselling and admission process.

3. Class 10 Marksheet & Passing Certificate

The class 10th marksheet and pass certificate can be used as proof of age or an age certificate.

4. Class 12 Marksheet & Passing Certificate

5. Government Photo ID Proof

Any one of the following: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, orDriving License.

6. Passport-Size Photographs

10. Domicile / Residence Certificate

It acts as proof of eligibility for state quota seats. These documents are issued by the state government authority.

11.  State NEET Application Form

It is filled during state counselling registration. Take the printout required for verification.

12. Transfer Certificate (TC)

Issued by the last attended school or college.

13. Migration Certificate

Required if the Class 12 board is different from the admission state.

14.  Gap Certificate (If Applicable)
